About the role

The Consultant Relations Manager is responsible for executing field‑level consultant engagement activities to strengthen Quantum Health’s presence within assigned consulting firms and territories. This role focuses on building and expanding relationships with producers, account managers, and analyst teams, delivering Quantum Health messaging, identifying near‑term opportunity signals, and ensuring consultants understand our product portfolio, differentiation, and value story. The Consultant Relations Manager acts as the frontline educator and relationship developer, supporting territory sales teams by activating consultant influencers and surfacing actionable insights.

Location:

This position may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America with significant business travel to and from prospect/client sites and/or the Quantum Health home office in Dublin, OH. This role will cover the North West United States including Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Oregon, Idaho, etc.

What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)
  • Territory Relationship Development
  • Build and maintain recurring interactions with consultants, brokers, and office influencers.
  • Conduct education sessions, product updates, and events.
  • Maintain high‑frequency market presence across assigned territory.
  • Sales Activation & Opportunity Identification
  • Surface emerging opportunities, buying signals, and account‑level context for Sales VP/BD teams.
  • Ensure consultants are aware of Quantum Health offerings, product updates, pricing flexibility, and competitive differentiation.
  • Support RFP awareness and influence during the buyer journey.
  • Focus on identifying and sourcing opportunities through Consultants and introducing to appropriate sales resources, and assisting as client moves through the funnel.
  • Capture consultant perceptions, emerging competitor themes, price sensitivity, and ROI expectations.
  • Report insights to Sales, Product, Marketing, and Consulting Relations leadership.
  • Territory Planning & Execution
  • Develop and maintain a territory plan aligned with Quantum Health priorities, event calendars, and relationship‑building objectives.
  • Coordinate activities with VPs of Sales and Business Development Team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring (Qualifications)
  • Experience:

    2 to 4 years experience in healthcare benefits, point solutions, consulting, or navigation.
  • Experience working directly with consultants/brokers to sell or position employer healthcare solutions.
  • Strong execution focus—ability to build relationships across multiple office types and maintain a high‑volume engagement cadence.
  • Ability to communicate current‑state product, value story messaging, and performance metrics to external partners.
  • Must thrive in field‑facing work; requires 50%+ travel.
  • Commitment to safeguarding company and member data in accordance with all policies.
  • Strong administrative/technical skills;
    Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
