What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the technical bridge between sales Account Executives and prospects, ensuring successful communication and understanding of software solutions
  • Manage the technical relationship with prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales success
  • Conduct customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, defining success criteria and managing timelines
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to align technical solutions with client needs
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and quickly learn new product functionalities, focusing on business impacts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software sales
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills
  • Ability to scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and Proofs of Concept
  • Proficiency in web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Java Script
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel up to 40%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in contact center environments or selling contact center solutions
  • Previous consulting experience in implementing enterprise-class software solutions
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, and business intelligence
  • Experience developing or selling Artificial Intelligence solutions
  • Formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Challenger) and B2B software selling experience
