What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the technical bridge between sales account executives and prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Manage and deliver technical information to customers through onsite, online, and virtual meetings
  • Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, defining success criteria and timelines
  • Map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions effectively
  • Drive customer happiness by proactively managing the technical relationship with prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience
  • Proven experience in scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots and Proofs of Concept
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
  • Strong understanding of web/scripting technologies and SaaS applications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in contact center environments or selling contact center solutions
  • Previous consulting experience in implementing enterprise-class software solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, and data warehousing
  • Experience developing or selling Artificial Intelligence solutions
  • Formal sales training (Sandler, Challenger, etc.) and B2B software selling experience
