• Work From Anywhere:
  Operate remotely using our proven digital sales system. You set your schedule while working from a steady flow of inbound leads.
• Unlimited Earning Potential:
  This is a commission‑only role with no income caps and no minimum quotas. New part‑time agents often earn $4,000–$6,000 per month; experienced full‑time agents commonly earn $14,000–$18,000 per month.
• No Cold Calling:
  You will speak with individuals who have already requested information through our digital marketing campaigns.

  Structured onboarding, live weekly training, and ongoing mentorship designed to help you build confidence, skill, and consistency from day one.

• Consult with families and individuals to provide customized life insurance solutions
• Conduct appointments by phone, Zoom, or in person
• Follow up with inbound leads and manage your pipeline
• Build long‑term client relationships through education and service
• Attend live weekly trainings and development sessions
• Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance standards
• Manage your own schedule while remaining accountable to performance goals

• Active Life & Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong work ethic and desire for personal and financial growth
• Confident communicator with professional phone presence
• Organized and able to manage time, calendar, and priorities
• Comfortable using technology (CRM, Zoom, email, basic computer tools)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License

Experience in sales, customer service, or the service industry is a plus—but not required.
