This position plays an integral role within our Inside Sales team and overall strength of our company. All characteristics for this role include, but are not limited to, the following.

This role is for an Inside Sales team member in a work-from-home capacity;
must live in Indiana
.
All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following.
Primary Responsibilities- Dial out to up to 30 homeowners per hour while handling heavy inbound call flow from homeowners who have contacted us via marketing avenues.
- Document and track all set appointments accurately so that all future customer demonstrations and price activity are performed per company standards.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Bilingual is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Sales mindset and metrics driven
- Ability to work varying shifts, including some evenings and weekends
- Must live in Indiana to be considered for this position
- Our 3 week, paid training will take place fully remote
- $19.25/hr with uncapped commission structure based on appointments set – most reps are making at least $20-$25/hr with commission

- Must be able to work some morning and evening shifts, and one weekend shift every week
- Must be able to work until 10:30 pm at least once a week
- Days off will not be consecutive
- Must be available to work during operating hours:
Monday–Friday 7:50 am–10:30 pm, Weekends 8:50 am–8:00 pm
