We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively engage with our company s customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost customer acquisition levels and profitability. In this role, you will work independently with access to daily hands-on training and top producers in the company.
Overview
We are seeking a motivated life insurance agent to generate new business opportunities, assess client needs, present tailored solutions, and manage ongoing client relationships. This role offers remote work and ongoing training to accelerate your development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Leads: Use our platform to target potential clients who have requested information about our life insurance products, focusing on client needs.
- Interacting with Clients: Present, promote and help clients make informed decisions based on needs assessments aligned with their financial goals and insurance needs.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Daily Hands-On Training: Attend live coaching sessions and access top virtual sales reps to accelerate learning.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain precise, up-to-date records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals using available technology.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Strong prioritization, time-management, and organizational skills
- Ability to present solutions that address client concerns and budgets
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Industry experience helpful but not required
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one; assistance available to obtain licensure

Compensation
- Range is based on the average rep in current markets
- Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly
