This can be a hybrid work situation from your home and our corporate offices in Dublin, CA, or a 100% work remote from your home office in the USA position.
We’re looking for an Add On, Sales Director to drive net new business by bringing Savvy Money’s solutions to more banks and credit unions nationwide. This is an individual contributor role focused on direct sales with an emphasis on selling our offer engine, loan growth, and credit engagement tools.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who loves uncovering pain points, building executive relationships, and closing deals that deliver real impact.
Roles and Responsibilities Net New Client Acquisition- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focused on winning new logos among banks and credit unions.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate new opportunities through direct outreach, events, and referrals.
- Deliver tailored product demos and solution recommendations to decision-makers—typically marketing, lending, and executive leaders.
- Build and maintain a strong, self-sourced pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Forecast accurately and report on pipeline progress and deal health.
- Track activity, engagement, and conversion metrics in CRM to support continuous improvement.
- Partner with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns that drive top-of-funnel awareness.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to deliver compelling solution positioning.
- Share feedback from prospects to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
- Be a key contributor to Savvy Money’s go-to-market efforts for our growing suite of offer-related solutions.
- Identify and pursue new verticals, segments, or geographic areas with strong market potential.
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services sales, with a strong preference for direct sales into financial institutions.
- Familiarity with the lending/deposit space and/or LOS platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in a full-cycle sales role with consistent quota attainment.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, including experience presenting to senior executives.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a high-growth environment.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales engagement platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or fintech experience a plus.
The annual base salary for this position is between $ and $, depending upon experience, plus quarterly commission potential.
