Compensation & Benefits
  • Current levels vary between 70% - 140% annual premium written per policy; higher activity increases payments.
  • Average advanced commission per sale: $500‑$600; total per sale averages $750.
  • Part‑time agents (15 hrs/wk) earn ~$35,000‑$50,000/year.
  • Full‑time agents (40 hrs/wk) earn $100,000‑$250,000+ per year.
  • Commission paid directly to your bank account.
  • Fast payment—some policies issued within 24 hours.
