Pay RangeBase pay range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55,000 to $75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performers can earn up to $85,000+.

Job DetailsAs an Inside Sales Agent you will:
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads.
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages.
- Convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Passionate seller who skillfully picks up the phone and turns prospects into happy, confident policyholders.
- Front‑lines liaison who represents the Liberty brand and enjoys connecting customers to the right products.
- Reliable teammate who adapts well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of policyholders.
- Customer‑centric closer who cares that customers get exactly the quality products and services they need.
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.
All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; training includes licensing if you do not have one.
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (example 11 am-8 pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
Qualifications- 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well with both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license).
