Payments Activation Specialist; Remote

• Engage merchants through high-volume outbound calls to drive early payments adoption
• Educate and guide customers on features of the payments platform to facilitate online payments
• Conduct concise activation conversations to enable merchants to process payments immediately
• Follow up proactively with merchants to ensure timely payment processing
• Walk new users through their first live transaction from initiation to deposit confirmation

• 1 – 2 years of experience in business-to-business Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone sales skills
• Ability to multitask and execute tasks with precision

• Previous payment processing or API-related experience
• Ability to influence behavior and apply a consultative approach to customer service
• Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing outreach
