Account Manager - Texas - Remote Work  are seeking an Account Manager based in Texas to build long-term relationships with clients, understand their business needs, drive growth initiatives, manage key client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

At Baires Dev®, we’ve been delivering technology projects for over 15 years. We work remotely with a diverse 4,000+ team and collaborate with a range of clients, from startups to large tech leaders.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and present our company to potential clients.
• Create Account Plans and report on growth results on a regular basis.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals and networking.
• Bring new business leads to increase revenue, negotiate, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better results.

• Experience in sales or client management roles in the IT/Tech Industry.
• Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals and developing client relationships.
• Must be based in Texas.
