Within the US, the focus of UFS Customer Development and Marketing is to engage with customers in unique and specific ways to generate demand for our professional brands and create long term value for our partners.

Pay

Pay Range: $69,360 to $104,040. Compensation factors include skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, qualifications and education.

Bonus & Long‑Term Incentive

This position is bonus eligible and LTI eligible.

Purpose of the Role

As a Territory Development Manager, you will drive sustainable business growth through Operators, Chains and Trade Partner engagement by leveraging a multi‑touchpoint integrated digital ecosystem. You will use data and CRM tools to plan and execute sales calls, establish yourself as a valuable partner and grow market share.

Key Responsibilities

You will be accountable for delivering business targets such as Sales Growth, Reach & Penetration, Digital Engagement, and customer presentations with Operators and Distributor Trade Partners. You execute a multi‑touchpoint contact strategy online and face‑to‑face, provide virtual culinary consultations, and drive demand for Food Solutions products.

Deng Creation
  • Engage with Local Chain Accounts and Operator Customers, driving business targets:
    Turnover, Reach & Penetration, Digital, FPO, Demos, Sampling.
  • Implement full Key Account Management approach using CBP, Win & Retain funnel, Contact Matrix.
Key Activities
  • Use data to convert business insights into activation solution selling.
  • Utilize market trends to create concept solution selling.
  • Gain insight and lead customers to the right solution.
  • Network with key customer stakeholders to engage decision makers.
  • Prepare visits with solution recommendations and manage workflow in CRM Salesforce.
  • Conduct F2F and virtual sampling, ideation, cooking demo to secure new opportunities.
  • Follow up on previous calls to ensure opportunities progress to sale close.
  • Secure and coordinate customer orders each month.
  • Meet with Distributors/Trade Partners to expand assortment and source leads.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local Distributor Sales Reps (DSRs).
  • Implement Contact Matrix for key trade customers with squad approach.
  • Engage trade customers to gain alignment for Secondary Sales Data (SSD).
  • Implement promotions related to key seasons and events.
  • Ensure timely submission & settlement of claims.
Critical Skills
  • You are a hunter with big ambition (70% hunting vs 30% farming).
  • You are a fast adopter of contemporary technology and already use AI daily. Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, Excel.
  • You are entrepreneurial and create mutually beneficial solutions.
  • You are curious and constantly learn from market trends.
  • You know how to sell premium brands with superiority selling stories and culinary solutions.
  • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Mandarin).
