Hi! My name is Cliff Dulock. I am a Sr. Field Underwriter with Equis Financial. I founded Equis in March 2020 and have pursued a path toward a six-figure income in the first full year. I am a former IT Executive and Sales Professional with 30+ years of experience. I am an entrepreneur and business owner who transitioned into mortgage protection to be my own boss and provide for my family’s well-being and future.

. With 120 writing agents across the country, my mentor Nick Theodore has earned over $1.1M in 2019, $1.6M in 2020, and is on pace to exceed that in 2021.

All new agents are trained by Griffin Carr, Nick Theodore, and other industry leaders who develop a world-class team. We guide agents through a 7-step process to prepare them before speaking to clients. Following the Equis system, I have gained control of my destiny and now get paid what I am worth.

Nick has 11 years in the industry and has helped hundreds of agents start strong, with some earning multi six figures in their first year under Nick’s leadership.

The average advanced commission per sale is $500–$600. Agents working 25–35 hours per week typically earn $2,000–$5,000 per week. Compensation is paid directly from the insurance carriers via direct deposit to your bank account.
