• On Target Earnings: $120,000
• Base Salary: $60,000
• Commission: $60,000
• Stock Options: early‑stage grant

Remote (U.S.) – must work Eastern‑time business hours. Pittsburgh‑area candidates can join optional in‑person sessions.

• Be a foundational part of our GTM team.
• Work directly with leadership and shape the sales playbook.
• Clear path to AE – gain increasing ownership in discovery and closing.

This SDR will be the intersection of marketing and sales. The SDR will help drive top‑of‑funnel activity and play a crucial role in turning contacts into opportunities.

• Handle 30‑40 live conversations every day.

• High integrity.
• Want to thrive as an SDR.
• Lots of confidence cold‑calling.
• Hunter sales mindset, not a “farmer”.
• Deep cold‑calling experience (or similar, e.g., door‑to‑door sales).
• Can manage well in a remote environment.
• Eager to learn and improve daily.

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or at least two years of work experience.
• Live in North America (USA or Canada).
• No need for citizenship sponsorship.
• Fits into our salary, commission and OTE range.
