** Job Summary
** We are looking for a Retail Sales Support & Operations Specialist to join our team in a virtual capacity. Candidates must reside in Georgia or South Carolina and will oversee the Charleston, Augusta, and Savannah territories. This role focuses on supporting retail operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across the region. Responsibilities include administering sales reports, tracking client activity, and providing analytical and statistical support to the Product Sales Support team.

You will prepare standard sales forecasts, budgets, projections, and management reports while leveraging your in-depth expertise to set priorities and act as a resource for colleagues. Travel is required approximately 20–30% of the time, so proximity to these markets is essential. **** Core Responsibilities
*** Develops and manages a sales reporting system that will provide adequate data and analysis for Sales Support teams use, as well as strategic data and analysis for sales management requirements.
* Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes.
* Provides detailed reports to the sales force on ranking.
* Performs daily clerical and statistical reporting for Product Sales team.
* Generates project estimates using in-house estimating tools and programs.
* Generates monthly, quarterly and annual reports relating to Product Sales team incremental sales performance and results.
* Captures and updates all required reporting materials to provide Product Sales management customized reports.
* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
* Travel is required throughout the Big South Region at least 20% of the time
