What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive strategic growth for Lucid's largest customers in the EMEA region
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Lucid's full suite of collaboration tools
  • Identify new business opportunities through outbound lead sourcing and customer engagement
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate forecasts and achievement of sales quotas
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive renewals and customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a SaaS/software environment, preferably in an Account Executive or Account Manager role
  • Proven experience working with enterprise‑grade customers and leading complex sales processes
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with internal stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Experience with  or similar CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proficiency in another European language (native or professional proficiency)
  • Experience with sales acceleration tools such as Gong, Salesloft, Zoominfo, or Clari
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close high‑level business in a sales evangelist environment
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
