Our company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving the need for customized space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more around our customer’s needs. We have been in business for almost 42 years and have locations across the country. The Knoxville area has been open for 2 years and is experiencing significant growth in both core and retail partner business.

Our mission requires robust sales, production, installation and front office functions. The Service Coordinator is in a unique position to tie these critical functions together. Our office is fast‑paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and the ability to multitask. There is a high level of responsibility synchronizing business sales, production and installation functions to meet customer needs. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner.

Closet Factory fosters a “Team” oriented atmosphere where challenges are handled as a group. Clients need to be handled with care, so we are looking for those individuals with great customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage customer appointment schedules for Sales, Service Calls and Installations
  • Collaborate closely with Production on required lead times
  • Execute and track ordering functions for customer projects
  • Run Payroll in Quickbooks
  • Manage client appointments
  • Train new Designers on paperwork processing
  • Input data in Salesforce software
  • Responsible for initial problem resolution for clients
  • Maintain customer database
  • Collect/process payments from clients
  • Manage payment/lead requirements for Lowe's and Costco clients
  • Run Franchise royalty reports
Required Qualifications
  • Good organization skills
  • Be on time
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Quickbooks accounting/HR/payroll software
Salary

$17-30/hr depending on the level of experience and education.
