- Proven Sales Success – Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Energy Expertise (Preferred) – Experience in consulting, procurement, or related fields; an established book of business is a plus.
- Network‑Driven – Strong professional connections and the ability to leverage them for client acquisition.
- Self‑Motivated – Comfortable working independently and driving success without extensive supervision.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset – Adaptable, proactive, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, commission‑based environment.
