• Comprehensive paid pre-licensing training provided for unlicensed candidates

• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
• Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team-focused environment

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with strong negotiation skills
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail in a customer-facing role

• Experience in a metric-driven sales environment
• Familiarity with insurance products and services
• Proven ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Experience handling high volumes of customer interactions
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with internet connectivity requirements
