• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
• Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30‑40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role
• Maintain all required state licenses and handle necessary administrative tasks
• Collaborate effectively with a team while also being able to work independently

• Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, particularly in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• High‑speed broadband internet with specified minimum upload/download speeds

• Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields
• Familiarity with customer service best practices
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets or performance metrics
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
