We are seeking a motivated and results-driven German Sales Agent to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a German Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base in the German-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the German market through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct compelling software presentations and product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback and market insights to the product development and marketing teams.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications
  • Language

    Skills:

    Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B software sales or a related field.

    Skills:

    Strong understanding of the sales process, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to various audience levels.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the German business culture and market dynamics.
