• Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
• Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow‑up with prospects and clients.
• Conduct the Kitchen Tune‑Up sales process (training is provided).
• Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow‑up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
• Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
• Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process.
• Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.

Compensation : $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
