What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from securing requests from health insurance brokers to closing deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within assigned territory
  • Oversee the annual renewal process and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and market trends
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum educational requirement:
    Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in insurance sales
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or employee benefits preferred
  • Must obtain a Life & Health insurance license in their state of residence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 3 years of experience specializing in customer service, account management, or employee benefits
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent listening and communication skills to identify client needs and close sales
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
