We provide the leads, you just bring the heat! We are averaging 40+ leads per day, hence we need your help. We're looking for a dynamic conversation starter who knows their way around a satellite install, or can learn it quickly.

We’re looking for a Remote Sales Guru to join our team at Starlink Installation Pros. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, anywhere in the USA—but we’d prefer you to be on the CST or EST time zone.

• Handle incoming leads and sales calls with energy and expertise.
• Call new leads with the aim of getting them their installation as quickly as possible.
• Navigate our CRM software to keep track of customer interactions.
• Utilize our dispatch software to coordinate installations.
• Manage data and schedules in Google Sheets.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Bring your friends! We’ll need 5-6 people to match current demand. (Not MLM—just growing fast)

• $100 per sale potential ($50 initial sale / $50 on upsells)
• $600 per day potential
• $10,500 per month potential without weekends
• $15,000 per month if you hustle 7 days
• Fully remote work – your home is your office
• Flexibility to live and work anywhere in the US time zones; CST or EST preferred

• You should be technical.
• You should be disciplined and a self-starter since you will be fully remote.
• You should be over-communicative. You'll produce a daily report of what you've done.
• You should have prior experience with phone sales and managing orders.
• A fast learner and a quick navigator of various computer programs.
• Excellent at communicating and managing time.
• Ready to take on challenges and turn new contacts into take-home commission!
• You should be able to use a computer well.
• Be good on the computer. Be able to problem solve, not just click buttons.
• Be good with people. Especially rural people.
• Know your Starlink products.
