Position: *BILINGUAL - NO WEEKENDS* Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
  • Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as required
  • Participate in a structured training program to ensure knowledge and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
  • High‑speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds for remote work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a customer‑facing role with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services
  • Experience working in a metric‑driven sales environment
