• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
• Evaluate risk and determine appropriate coverage
• Confidently ask for sales while effectively overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Maintain all required state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with comfort in negotiating
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong capability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in a customer-facing role requiring full attention in a distraction-free environment
• Familiarity with high-speed broadband internet requirements for remote work
