Position: *BILINGUAL - NO WEEKENDS* Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
  • Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
  • Work both independently and as part of a team in a customer-facing role
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking highly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to maintain a distraction-free work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in a metric-driven sales organization
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and regulations
