• Support the entire sales acquisition process across all channels, including cold calls, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for our SaaS product.
• Assist in expanding our CRM, conducting research, and A/B‑testing campaigns to optimize customer acquisition.
• Leverage analytical and creative skills to accelerate growth and hit our ambitious OKRs.
• Receive coaching and support during the trainee period.

• Fluent in German and English;
  French an advantage.
• Business education, experience, or studies (e.g., BWL, Economics, or similar).

• Italian language skills.
• Experience in hospitality – having worked hands‑on in the sector.
• Knowledge of hospitality tech (POS, payment terminals, e‑commerce, PMS).
• Background in SaaS and familiarity with sales pipelines.
• Technical understanding of system networking.

• Hybrid working model with regular office meetings and on‑site customer visits.
• Flexible workload from 60% (minimum 4 days a week).
• Salary up to 3 k CHF per month (at 100%).
