Job Description
We’re looking for an amazing sales professional to join our team as a Personal Cruise Consultant. This is a fully remote, work‑from‑home position.
You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to guests who have expressed interest in Seabourn cruises; building relationships and developing referrals and repeat business; managing your database to contact guests at the right time with the right message; using exceptional listening skills and asking qualified discovery questions to close the sale.
Who We’re Looking ForYou will need strong sales skill, time‑management skills, the ability to multi‑task, strong written and verbal communication, and mastery of new computer systems. Prior experience with Excel and Outlook is preferred. On average you will place >40 outbound calls each day and meet performance metrics and objectives.

Base hourly wage $15.00 per hour (or higher based on minimum wage guidelines for your location).
Guaranteed monthly incentive: two incentives—$1,500 pro‑rated training incentive and $2,000 first‑six months on outbound calls.
During training you will earn approx. $3,200/month including incentive pay. Post‑training (6 months) approx. $4,400/month. First year typical performers earn $50k/year; top performers $80k/year. Experienced consultants can earn $65k/year and top performers $100k/year.
Training and ScheduleTraining class begins February 9, 2026 Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM PST.
Working hours Monday – Friday 6 AM – 4:30 PM PST with 30 minute or 1 hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks. Weekends as needed.
Remote Work PolicyThis position is 100% fully remote, US only. Remote work is not available in AR, CA, DE, HI, ME, MN, NH, NY, OK, OR, SD, VT, WA, WV, WY.
Required residential internet: high‑speed Cable or Fiber optic, minimum 50 MPS download 12 MPS upload, no data cap, and computer hard‑wired to the modem (Wi‑Fi is not compatible with phone system).
