We are looking for someone living in NY metro area, Jersey city, Hoboken. Easy drive ability into the city. The territory to cover NYC and surrounding areas with occasional support to upstate.
THIS ROLE IS HYBRID. Work from home/remote via team calls and Zoom support 1-2 days a week; and the rest is IN THE FIELD supporting practices.

Position Summary: The Customer Success Manager is responsible for nurturing all aspects of our customer relationships. (Private Practice owners/doctors like dermatologists, plastic surgeons, etc.). This includes planning, organizing, and implementing all account activities related to pre and post‑sale support. In addition, the CSM is in place to ensure the sales reps maintain high levels of efficiency with little interruptions. You will also drive utilization of our consumable products within the assigned territory.
The CSM will work in tandem with the Senior Account Manager within the territory.
- Coordinate all new customer implementations by utilizing all assets, marketing, clinical specialists and other partner personnel to achieve short and long‑term success for the customers.
- Provide needed support at workshops, trade shows, sales meetings and seminars.
- Assist sales teams with achieving the minimum sales quota requirements.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of the industry, applications and performance of the Company's products.
- Driving increased sales in consumable purchases.
- Coordinate customer (new and existing) training with the Clinical Operations and Marketing teams.
- Pre‑planning all account calls/visits and maintaining efficient time management to maximum customer contact and the highest level of customer service.
- Will provide onsite and remote support to our customers; therefore, travel of 50‑60% (2‑4 days per week, will vary) in field will be required; driving and/or flying throughout assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s Degree required or significant relevant experience mandatory for consideration; medical device experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years Account Management related experience, required.
- Marketing experience in practice, ideal, but not required if other relatable experience.
- Highly analytical, detail oriented and pride yourself on being organized (Excel and Outlook).
- CRM, ideally Salesforce experience, preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven experience coordinating with external vendors and customers.
- Comfortable working in an extremely fast‑paced environment.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Self‑starter, comfortable taking initiative and thinking on your feet. - High degree of professionalism with outstanding ability to work effectively and efficiently with colleagues at all levels of management.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and work independently or as part of a team.
- This individual will need to have a high level of passion, drive, a positive attitude, be motivated and organized, with exceptional attention to detail, and great time management.
