Role Description
This is a full‑time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will focus on client acquisition by engaging potential customers, assessing their credit needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, fostering long‑term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of Credit Saint’s services. You will collaborate with the internal team to deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and convey value effectively
- Customer service and client management experience, with a focus on delivering outstanding service
- Proficiency in negotiation and problem‑solving to address client needs and close sales
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to a remote work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional and positive demeanor in client interactions
- Experience in the financial or credit industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
