Sales Manager

We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We have an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in‑home sales team. This position is a full‑time inside management role.

• In‑office position located in Palm City covering 4 counties (Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee)

• Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in‑home sales team toward achieving success.
• Manage internal sales support team with consistency and professionalism.
• Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
• Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
• Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.
• Lead by example in attitude, work ethic, and company process.

• Degree or certification is preferred.
• Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 3‑5 years.
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Willing to follow our proven sales system.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, including closing ratios, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms, scheduling systems, pricing tools, and internal dashboards.
• Communicates clearly, professionally, and consistently with team members and leadership.
• Handles conflict, performance issues, and escalations calmly and effectively.
