Overview
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing global team. In this role, you will own the first touchpoint with all inbound leads, conducting structured 15‑minute qualification calls to understand fit, need, and urgency, and escalating high‑priority opportunities to our CRO. The ideal candidate is fast, organized, confident on calls, and disciplined with follow‑ups in a fast‑moving, international environment.
Responsibilities- Run 15‑minute qualification calls with inbound leads using a structured discovery framework.
- Assess fit, need, urgency, and potential escalation paths for incoming opportunities.
- Escalate qualified, high‑potential prospects to the CRO or AE team.
- Track all call notes, lead outcomes, and follow‑up tasks with precision in the CRM (Pipedrive).
- Follow up with no‑shows, stalled leads, and unresponsive prospects using a clear cadence.
- When time allows, research and engage additional stakeholders within key accounts to expand influence beyond the primary contact.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene and ensure data accuracy ≥ 95%.

- This role offers a base salary range of $50,000–$60,000 USD, depending on experience.
- Additional variable compensation available, with OTE ranging $70,000–$95,000 USD.
- 1–3 years of experience in an SDR/MDR, client success, coordination, or fast‑paced customer‑facing role.
- At least 1 year of inbound sales experience, qualifying leads.
- Highly organized with strong follow‑up discipline and attention to detail.
- Experience with Pipedrive, Google Calendar, or similar tools is a plus.
