Overview
TDS Telecom is seeking energetic, customer‑focused individuals to serve as trusted advisors and community connectors in the residential fiber, TV, and phone markets. You will work independently, meeting homeowners in person and presenting cutting‑edge fiber internet solutions that improve everyday life.

• Knock on 60+ doors daily, initiating conversations with 15–20 residents.
• Help 1–3 families upgrade to faster, more reliable internet each day.
• Represent TDS with professionalism, enthusiasm and a commitment to exceptional service.

• Engage potential customers through door‑to‑door visits, networking and referrals in your assigned territory.
• Conduct sales calls, identify customer needs, provide relevant information and close sales to meet targets.
• Complete accurate sales documentation, including orders, agreements and third‑party verifications.
• Oversee customer accounts from sale through installation and follow‑up for satisfaction.
• Organize and attend community events to generate sales opportunities and enhance brand awareness.

• Charismatic, confident, and comfortable conversing with new people.
• Goal‑oriented, thriving on hitting targets and closing deals.
• Reliable transportation; eligible for a seller’s permit and/or solicitors license as required by the market.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (9 AM–9 PM, Monday–Saturday) and manage a 40‑hour workweek.

• Unlimited earning potential: base salary plus uncapped commissions; performers can earn $70,000–$100,000+ annually.
• Hybrid working model: 20–25% of time on admin work from home.
