What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Host demonstrations for partners and management teams to showcase platform functionality
  • Manage the contracting process to initiate partner journeys with the platform
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective Home Medical Equipment supplier partners to educate and schedule demos
  • Gather and relay product feedback from users to support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to generate leads and develop effective promotional materials
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or similar roles
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Strong desire to work in a startup environment and ability to adapt quickly
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on understanding partner needs
  • Results‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • General knowledge of the Home Medical Equipment landscape or post‑acute care services
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) products, especially in healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and impact
  • Curiosity and a relentless pursuit of improvement
