Role Description
We are actively hiring for Insurance Sales Specialists for our Las Vegas, NV office. This can be a full-time or part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Specialist. We say "hybrid" because if you are learning the business, we offer so much coaching, training and positive reinforcement for new agents to come into the office to learn by osmosis (aka hearing others sell, learning how to overcome objections and the like).
If you are outside of Las Vegas, you will work in a remote role from your home office and join our team through our Live Dial Zoom Rooms, so you can also hear others as they talk to potential clients and clients alike.
The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, building relationships, and guiding them toward suitable life insurance options, depending upon their need and budget. Key tasks include providing expert advice on insurance products, responding to client inquiries, offering exceptional customer service, and staying updated on industry trends and offerings. The role involves both prospecting for new clients and servicing existing policyholders to ensure their needs are met.
Our Ideal Candidate has
- Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to effectively communicate and connect with clients.
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and knowledge of Final Expense and Health Insurance products.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a seamless client experience and foster long-term relationships.
- Superior interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one is required.
- Experience in the life insurance industry is a plus but not required.
New to the Insurance Industry: If you are sharp, motivated and willing to learn this business, we would be glad to teach you assuming that you lean into the training and understand that anything worth having is worth putting in hard work!
- Must reside in the United States in order to sell insurance within the US
- Positive phone acumen
- Ability to build rapport with clients via phone, video or in person. Most of your sales will be done via phone, but going above and beyond like doing an annual policy review with clients via video, or sending them a Christmas/Holiday card each year will set you apart from others.
