- conduct customer needs analysis to understand their goals

Stay current on new products available for customers, completing ongoing education for licensing and compliance.
Qualifications- proven track record of success in a sales or customer‑service oriented environment
- strong phone presence, listening and presentation skills
- ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- team player who thrives in a structured and competitive environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years professional experience preferred
