Pay Details
  • Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
  • Average earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
  • Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
  • Reduces to 16 weeks of training for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
  • All computer equipment is provided. Home‑work environment must include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload); satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related experience required.
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
  • Effective communication with both prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
