The Role

As an Outbound SDR, you will be the frontline growth driver for T&S, identifying and qualifying high-potential eCommerce brands that are ready to scale. Your mission is to source, engage, and qualify founders and decision-makers at eCommerce businesses in our target markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and surrounding EU regions) and move them into our sales pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and research high-potential eCommerce targets based on established ICP criteria (revenue stage, product category, growth trajectory, ad spend maturity)
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach via Linked In, email, phone, and other channels to build brand awareness and generate meetings
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies tailored to prospects' business stage and challenges
  • Execute 40-60 qualified outreach attempts per week, consistently hitting activity metrics
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect fit against our engagement criteria
  • Qualify opportunities on ability to pay, decision authority, timeline, and growth readiness
  • Document all interactions in CRM with clear qualification notes and next steps
  • Move qualified prospects to Account Executive for deeper sales conversations
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of active opportunities in various stages of the sales cycle
Relationship Building
  • Build credibility with prospects through deep product knowledge and understanding of eCommerce scaling challenges
  • Position T&S as a trusted growth partner, not just another marketing agency
  • Maintain relationships with prospects who aren't yet ready to engage, nurturing them for future conversion
  • Leverage social proof and case studies to build confidence in conversations
Process & Operations
  • Follow established sales processes and qualification criteria consistently
  • Maintain accurate, timely CRM records and activity logs
  • Participate in weekly team syncs to share learnings, pipeline updates, and challenges
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and prospect pain points observed
Success Metrics
  • Activity Targets: 40-60 qualified outreach attempts per week
  • Qualification Rate:
    Advance 8-12 prospects per week to deeper sales conversations
  • Pipeline Generation:
    Maintain 20-30 active opportunities at any given time
  • Meeting Conversion Rate: 15-25% of discovery calls leading to qualified meetings with Account Executives
  • Response Rate: 8-12% email open rates and 3-5% positive engagement rate from outreach
Required Qualifications Must-Have Skills
  • Fluent English (verbal and written), essential for client communication
  • 2+ years of B2B outbound sales, SDR, or business development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to research and identify target accounts based on criteria
  • Strong comfort with Linked In, email outreach, and phone prospecting
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Pipedrive, or similar preferred)
  • Self-directed work ethic with ability to manage territory and activity independently
  • European location (EU-based timezone preferred for customer overlap)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • German language proficiency (spoken and written) highly preferred
  • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS B2B sales, or performance marketing agencies, Google Ads agencies
  • Familiarity with the German-speaking eCommerce market
  • Track record of exceeding activity and conversion targets
  • Experience with tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or similar prospecting platforms
  • Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
