About the RoleYou will train small business owners on our SaaS payments features and be responsible for high‑volume outreach to drive early product adoption, activating new customers and growing processing volume.
Primary Responsibilities- Rapidly engage merchants through outbound calls to drive early payments adoption.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of our payments platform and workflows to educate customers on collecting online payments.
- Deliver action‑oriented activation conversations focused on enabling merchants to process payments immediately, covering rates, funding timelines, refunds, chargebacks, and deposits.
- Execute short, efficient calls to troubleshoot blockers, confirm readiness, and move merchants to their first successful transaction.
- Proactively follow up with merchants using calls, emails, and automated nudges to ensure payments are processed without delay.
- Activate new users by walking them through their first live transaction end‑to‑end, reinforcing confidence in the payment experience.
- Capture merchant objections, questions, and friction points, relaying actionable feedback to Product and Operations to improve speed, usability, and conversion.
- 1–2 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) with a consultative customer service approach.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage a pipeline and prioritize outreach.
- Reliable, strong work ethic, and ability to follow process rigorously and independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone sales skills.
- Ability to multitask, take direction, and execute with precision.
- Confident, adaptable, self‑starter thriving in an empowered, fast‑paced environment.
- Previous payment processing or API‑related experience is a plus.
The role can be based anywhere in the United States and may require travel to our Denver headquarters or other North American locations.

The on‑target earnings (base + commissions) for this position range from $60,000 to $70,000 USD per year in most U.S. locations. Final offers may vary by location and candidate experience.
