Join our fast‑paced and driven Business Development team! We’re seeking a motivated, coachable, and ambitious individual who thrives on achieving goals and is available to work in our downtown Toronto office one day per week.

Primary Objectives
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of Introduction Meetings held.
  • Meet or exceed activity metrics for managing inbound leads.
  • Position the value proposition of the Cority solution and communicate key information regarding solutions and delivery of our products to key personas in target accounts.
  • Leverage MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies to ensure strong qualification of a prospect’s needs and requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Independently execute inbound and outbound sales & marketing campaigns.
  • Research information about prospective customers and market trends.
  • Generate high‑quality leads for Account Executives to consistently fuel a multi‑million dollar pipeline.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results.
  • Travel to events and conferences may be required, as well as occasional out‑of‑hours work to cover multiple time zones.
  • Report on any new market trends that may provide additional insight to sales and marketing to build out messaging for targeted audiences.
Qualifications and Ideal Candidate Characteristics
  • Undergraduate degree (3+ years) in marketing, business, or sales.
  • Experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B software.
  • Independence and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures and identify decision makers.
  • Knowledge of sales technology stack including Salesforce, Sales Loft, Zoom Info, and AI tools desirable.

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year.
