Position: Sales Development Representative ( Lead Generation )

Overview

Warsaw

As a Sales Representative with Convera, based in our Warsaw office, you will be working closely with our Senior Business Development Managers to proactively identify and contact new prospects from multiple sources including databases, events, and partnerships to determine their requirements and arrange qualified appointments for our Senior Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities
  • Confidence in making outbound calls to identify, qualify and set appointments for Senior Business Development Managers
  • Direct prospect new opportunities using sales enablement tools such as , Zoom Info
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators such as revenue and appointment setting targets
  • Work closely with Senior Business Development managers, industry leads and Head of Sales to prospect new and existing contacts
  • Manage the lead allocation pipeline to the sales team daily
  • Use commercial awareness to demonstrate and promote ideal solutions for potential clients
Qualifications
  • Similar experience in a sales role, ideally used to making outbound calls
  • Prior experience in Foreign Exchange is advantageous
  • Fluency in English & Polish is required
  • Financial services experience is ideal
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management
  • Experience with in Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools such as Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Resilient, motivated individual with a tenacious and competitive mindset to succeed
  • Many previous incumbents at Convera promoted to BDM, Dealing or Relationship Manager roles; we expect the same for you
