Job SummarySir Grout provides grout and tile restoration, stone restoration, wood floor restoration, and slip‑resistant applications to residential and commercial markets. We train our Sales Representatives on our suite of services (restore tile and grout, natural stone surfaces like marble, granite, slate, and travertine, as well as hardwood), to bring conditions to new or better than new. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in dealing with the home consumer market, particularly in home sales.

The ownership was “hands on” involved in my initial training which was fantastic. It’s a great way to learn the company culture when you have the opportunity to learn directly from the owners. I really enjoy my day to day here. You are not stuck in an office or cubical all day. I get to meet new people daily and help them find solutions to their challenges.
The call center is set up to take all calls and schedule your sales appointments for you each week so you can be focused on your technicians and making sure that our clients are happy. The folks at the call center are great at what they do and are easy to get along with. Ownership / Management have been great to work with as well.
They are willing to invest in their employees and their safety is always a top priority. Home Office staff that I have met or have spoken with have always been very pleasant and professional. Everyone seems to truly care about each other and our team’s success.
The services that we provide for our community are truly needed by many and when we are finished with someone’s home it makes a drastic difference that they can see right away. This makes the day to day great if you value what you do and take pride in your work as a technician or a manager. Overall it’s a great place to be & I’m looking forward to the many successful years ahead.
