- Maximize Sales Opportunities:
Proactively identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling to significantly increase conversion rates and average order value (AOV). - Recover Lost Revenue:
Implement successful strategies for subscription recovery, winbacks, and abandoned cart assistance to re-engage customers and maximize retention. - Concierge-Level Engagement:
Communicate persuasively with customers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, providing expert product recommendations and resolving inquiries with a sales-focused approach. - Flawless Order Management:
Handle all post-purchase concerns (tracking, returns, and exchanges) efficiently, ensuring a positive experience that directly encourages repeat purchases and high lifetime customer value (LTV). - Brand Advocacy:
Serve as a true Brand Concierge, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and commitment to world-class service. - Sales Insight Reporting:
Accurately record customer data, analyze feedback trends, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously optimize the sales funnel and customer journey.
- 1+ year of dedicated remote/online sales and customer support experience.
- Mandatory E-commerce
Experience:
Must have prior experience and comfort with e-commerce sales functions (upselling, cross-selling, subscription recovery, or abandoned cart assistance). - Exceptional Persuasion
Skills:
A natural, proven ability to convert leads, close sales opportunities, and build excellent customer relationships through communication. - Prior customer service experience via phone, email, or chat is essential; direct e-commerce sales experience is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with essential e-commerce tools like Shopify, CRM systems, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.
- A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or a higher equivalent.
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
- A quiet, distraction-free, professional workspace suitable for taking calls.
