Business Development Representative for Wound Care Supplies

aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a remote position based in central Ohio and requires previous experience in sales and business development in the nursing home or long‑term care industry.

Base salary plus commission.

Shift: Monday - Friday.

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients.
• Cold call potential customer leads and coordinate sales efforts with team members.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Attend trade show conferences as needed.
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts.
• Continuously improve service and performance through feedback.

• Previous experience in sales and business development in the long‑term care industry.
• Strong communication and time management skills; ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
