As a Sales Executive for Jack Henry, positioning Gladiator solutions, you will work remotely from a home office, and develop relationships and close sales opportunities with both new and existing commercial banks, credit unions and non-bank finance companies by leveraging relationships, utilizing face-to-face calls, Microsoft Teams - phone presentations and other creative approaches. In addition to your own prospecting efforts, leads are provided through internal marketing, joint calling with other company divisions, strategic partnerships and trade show opportunities.

With over 10,000 Banks & Credit Unions in the United States that are potential targets for our product suite, the opportunity for sales to Financial Institutions (FI’s) throughout the US is significant. In the present banking environment, there is tremendous demand for innovative IT network, security and compliance solutions that help FI’s improve their efficiencies and technology strategies. Our products meet these needs with the top selling solutions in the country.

This is an individual contributor sales position with Jack Henry that can be based remotely throughout the United States, with the exception of California. Due to growth, we are hiring for the Central United States territory. The ideal Sales Executive candidate will live in the Central region of the United States; however greater consideration will be given to qualification rather than home base.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Self-motivated, responsible over-achiever with a robust contact list.
  • Actively prospect to C-Level members of banks, credit unions and non-bank finance companies to gain interest in our suite of products.
  • Maintain accurate contact management records of all activity in CRM system.
  • Meet quota levels.
  • Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and a robust CRM system such as
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience of technology solution sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of additional experience in technology solution sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years quota driven sales experience.
  • Experience selling to C-Level prospects and clients.
  • Required travel – 40%.
What would be nice for you to have:
  • Experience working with community banks or credit unions.
  • Deep understanding of networks, security and compliance solutions.
  • General understanding of FI regulations and their governing bodies.
  • A demonstrated proficiency in marketing and cold call lead and sales generation.
  • Experience working within a deadline driven environment and a demonstrated sense of urgency.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to network and team with both internal and outside sales organization for the benefit of meeting sales quota.
  • Professional demeanor, outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
