• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home insurance
• Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Maintain state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Collaborate effectively within a team while also being able to work independently

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus
  
  Strong internet connection with specified upload/download speeds

• Inbound sales experience is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and performance metrics
