We are seeking an Account Manager with strong relationshipbuilding skills and experience growing revenue for cloud, SaaS, or mobile solutions. This is a Remote Work‑from‑Home full‑time position.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary account contact for prospects and customers.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and demo requests for SaaS products.
- Coordinate initial and follow‑up product demos with Sales Engineers.
- Prepare quotes and assist with renewals and upgrades.
- Identify and pursue expansion, cross‑sell, and referral opportunities.
- Facilitate customer access to technical and product support resources.
- Nurture warm leads and maintain strong long‑term account relationships.
- Customer‑focused with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
- Experience managing and growing B2B SaaS accounts at director, VP, and executive levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Demonstrated success supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong references from former managers or supervisors.

Compensation
$60,000 - $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
