We're looking for a full-cycle Senior Account Executive to join our team and help us continue to drive our growth. This position reports to the Manager of Sales – Dining.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct effective product demos and presentations to showcase the value of Full Count POS solutions, Full Count Menu & Nutrition systems, and other solutions as required.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
- 4+ years of experience in the senior living, CCRC, and/or Independent Living industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Ankeny, Iowa, United States – Full Time. Remote/Telecommute:
Yes. Immediate start. Hybrid or Remote position is preferred for candidates in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, or Texas.
Travel: 15-25% of travel expected.
