Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative based in the Camden, NJ Metropolitan Area. The role involves supporting sales activities by managing customer accounts, developing client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, entering and tracking orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

A mix of office‑based and remote work is available for this position.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sales, customer relations, and account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on identifying and meeting customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Understanding of steel products or experience in the metals/manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
